In response to the positive feedback we received from Health Benefits Administrators on our 1993 pre-retirement video, the Employee Benefits Division has produced a new 11-minute video on health insurance for employees affected by layoff.

The taping was done in-house. For only $200, we produced a quality video that should be useful to both Health Benefits Administrators and employees.

Some Health Benefits Administrators lend informational videos to employees to take home. If you give this video to an employee, be sure to discuss the information in the video with the employee.

Layoff Flyer
In February you received a copy of the January 1996 Health Insurance Coverage and Related Benefits: For Employees of New York State Agencies Who Are Affected by Layoff . Use this Layoff Flyer together with the video to be sure that your employees receive complete and accurate information.
