We are pleased to announce that an updated version of Reporting On Diabetes is at the printer and will be shipped to agencies soon. This publication discusses types of diabetes, risk factors and treatment of the disease, The Empire Plan Diabetes Management Program, coping with diabetes and smoking cessation benefits. Please recycle any copies you have of the April 2012 version (AL1123).

We will send a supply of five copies of Reporting On Diabetes to each agency. We are not mailing this publication to enrollees at this time.
