We are pleased to inform you that the April 2014 Reporting On Prescription Drugs is at the printer and will soon be available in inventory. This publication discusses The Empire Plan Prescription Drug Program, including Empire Plan Medicare Rx. Specific information is included on copayment levels, mandatory generic substitution, Flexible Formulary Drug List, Specialty Pharmacy Program, Drug Utilization Review and Therapeutic Resource Centers. This publication replaces the April 2013 version, so please recycle any copies you have of the old publication.
Distribution
We will send a supply of five copies of Reporting On Prescription Drugs to each agency. We are not mailing this publication to enrollees at this time.
