The May 2015 Empire Plan Report and HMO Report are at the printer and will soon be mailed to enrollee homes and agencies. These Reports explain changes to the Empire Plan and NYSHIP and important reminders for enrollees, including changes to the appeals process, new patient protections for out-of-network emergency services and the upcoming dependent eligibility audit.
Distribution
These publications will begin to mail to enrollees’ homes in late May. We will send you a supply of each publication equal to 1 percent of your enrollment.
