The October 2015 Reporting On Diabetes is at the printer and will soon be available in inventory. This publication discusses the symptoms, treatment and complications associated with type 1 and type 2 diabetes, as well as benefits available to diabetic Empire Plan enrollees through the Medical/Surgical Program, Home Care Advocacy Program (HCAP) and the Diabetes Management Program. This Reporting On replaces the February 2014 version, so please recycle any copies of the old publication.
Distribution
We will send a supply of five copies of Reporting On Diabetes to each agency. We are not mailing this publication to enrollees at this time.
