We are happy to announce that the July 2006 Reporting On Prescription Drugs is at the printer.
This newly revised version replaces the February 2001 version and includes a mail service order form and envelope.
Distribution
We will mail this publication in late July to enrollees who have Empire Plan Prescription Drug Program benefits. (Please note that enrollees represented by Council 82 and NYSCOPBA not subject to the March 2006 award will not receive this publication.) We will send you a supply equal to 3 percent of your Empire Plan enrollment.
