The April 2016 Empire Plan Reports are at the printer and will soon be mailed to enrollee homes and agencies. These Reports explain changes to The Empire Plan and NYSHIP and have important reminders for enrollees, including information on the Individual Mandate for Health Insurance Coverage, Emergency Medical Services and Surprise Bills law, Dependent Eligibility Verification Audit and Medicare and NYSHIP.

These publications will begin to mail to enrollees’ homes in late April. We will send you two copies of each publication.
