The updated version of On the Road with The Empire Plan (May 2016) for Enrollees and Retirees of NYSHIP Participating Agencies and Participating Employers is now available. This publication includes contact and claims information for Empire Plan programs and administrators that enrollees can use while they are traveling or when
their dependents are away from home. The May 2016 version replaces the February 2015 version. Please recycle any old copies you may have on your shelves.

 

Distribution
We will not be mailing this publication to enrollee homes. We will send you two copies for your use. Note that the April 2016 Empire Plan Report referenced the availability of a
new version of this publication so enrollees may request copies from you.
