The SEHP rate notice for 2018 will be mailed first class to enrollees’ homes on November 15. Rate information is also posted on NYSHIP Online. A copy of the notice is attached for your information and use. Please print copies as needed, as we will not be sending a supply for your shelves. This letter is also included in the SEHP Quick Order Package, which is available to order on HBA Online.
