The June 2019 Dental and Vision Benefits brochure for M/C; Legislature is now posted online and will soon be mailed to enrollee homes and agencies. This publication describes 2019 benefit changes that will take effect on June 1, as a result of the collective bargaining agreement that was administratively extended to employees of the State of New York designated Management/Confidential (M/C); Legislature. In addition to the changes described in the brochure, the waiting period for dental coverage will be reduced from six months to 56 days for M/C employees who are hired on or after June 1, 2019.
Distribution
This publication will be mailed to enrollee homes in late May. The mail file was pulled from NYBEAS on May 15, 2019, so any M/C Dental/Vision enrollee who was not on the file on that date should be provided with a copy. We will send you two copies of the publication.
