The New York State Department of Civil Service Employee Benefits Division will be holding the 2020 Option Transfer Period Webinar, which will be available to all New York State agency HBAs. The training will cover topics which include an overview of the Option Transfer Period, the Opt-out Program, the Pre-Tax Contribution Program (PTCP), PTCP Qualifying Events, the Productivity Enhancement Program (PEP), and the Young Adult Option (YAO) Open Enrollment Period. Attendees will be informed of new policies, as well as eligibility and enrollment rules for each program.
The live webinar will be conducted on Tuesday, November 19, 2019 from 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM with a live Q&A session to follow.
