The Employee Benefits Division (EBD) is pleased to announce that the 2021 Annual Webinar for Participating Employer Health Benefits Administrators (HBAs) will be held Thursday, December 2, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. EBD will present New York State Health Insurance Program (NYSHIP) updates and reminders related to the New York Benefits Eligibility and Accounting System (NYBEAS), policies, HBA responsibilities, benefit changes, and 2022 rates.
