The Council 82 Dental and Vision Benefits brochure is now available online and will soon be mailed to enrollee homes and agencies. This publication describes 2023 benefit enhancements that went into effect on January 1, 2023, as a result of a collective bargaining agreement between Council 82 (C-82) and the State of New York.
Distribution
This publication will mail to enrollees' homes in early February. The mail file was pulled from NYBEAS on January 28, 2023, so any Dental/Vision enrollee who was not on the file on that date should be provided with a copy. We will send you two copies of the publication.
