The Employee Benefits Division (EBD) is pleased to announce the conclusion of the 2023 Benefit Change Webinars for Participating Employers. Thank you to the Health Benefits Administrators (HBAs) who attended the HBA Webinar Session on April 27. Slides from the Webinar, a video recording of the webinar and a question-and-answer document are provided for your reference.

As a reminder, it is mandatory for all HBAs to either view the live webinar or watch a recording of the webinar. For those of you who were able to attend the live Webinar, we appreciate your participation and hope you found the content enriching. If you were unable to join us for the live events, we ask that you please view the video recording of the April 27 webinar session at your earliest convenience.
