The Employee Benefits Division (EBD) is pleased to announce the conclusion of its 2023 Annual Participating Employer (PE) Webinar. The Webinar was well attended, with approximately 90 PE Health Benefit Administrators (HBAs) joining in the live event. A video recording, Power Point slides, and a question-and-answer document are now available for your reference.

As a reminder, it is mandatory for all HBAs to either view the live webinar or watch a recording of the webinar. For those of you who were able to view the live Webinar, we appreciate your participation and hope you found the content enriching. If you were unable to join us for the live event, we ask that you please view the video recording at your earliest convenience. A link is included toward the bottom of the memo.

In addition to the video, EBD has published a summary of the questions asked of our presenters through the chat during the Webinar and their corresponding answers. We encourage you to refer to this document regularly, as it captures many of the questions frequently asked by agency HBAs.
