The Employee Benefits Division (EBD) is pleased to announce the conclusion of the 2024 Option Transfer Period webinars. The Webinars were well attended, with over 300 New York State Health Benefit Administrators (HBAs) joining in the live events. A video recording, Power Point slides, and a question-and-answer document are now available for your reference.

As a reminder, it is mandatory for all HBAs to either view the live webinar or watch a recording of the webinar. For those of you who were able to view the live Webinar, we appreciate your participation and hope you found the content enriching. If you were unable to join us for the live event, we ask that you please view the video recording at your earliest convenience. A link is included toward the bottom of the memo.

In addition to the video, EBD has published a summary of the questions asked of our presenters through the chat during the Webinars and their corresponding answers. The PowerPoint slides and Q&A document are included as attachments to this memo.
