TO: Participating Agency Health Benefits Administrators
FROM: Employee Benefits Division
SUBJECT: Administrative Charge for 2001
DATE: December 27, 2000

The 2001 rate for Administrative Charge was not implemented on the January 2001 billing to Participating Agencies. To correct this oversight, we will implement two rate changes for Administrative Charge on the next two monthly billings. The bill for February coverage will show an adjusted rate to correct for the overage charged on the January billing. The March 2001 billing will show the correct rate for the 2001 plan year.

The chart below details the rates for each of these changes.
