We are pleased to announce the 2001 New York State Health Insurance Program Regional Meetings for Participating Agencies. The agenda will include discussion of the 2001 Empire Plan experience, the projected rate schedule for 2002, an update of Plan benefits by the Empire Plan carriers and several important administrative and regulatory issues. In addition, there will be a session for review/update of NYBEAS and a concurrent session for Chief Executive Officers and their representatives on policy issues including the rate setting process.
