New Reporting on Network Benefits

We will soon mail the January 2003 version of Reporting on Network Benefits to your agency. Reporting on Network Benefits replaces the January 2002 version and details Empire Plan network coverage. Please destroy any copies of the earlier version you may have on your shelves.

Distribution


You will receive a supply of this publication equal to 5 percent of your active Empire Plan enrollment for distribution to interested enrollees. This publication may also be used for retiree packages and health fairs. We are not mailing this publication directly to enrollees. You may order additional copies as you need them.
