Distribution of Reports
The Empire Plan Reports will be mailed to homes in June. We will send you a supply of the Reports equal to 3 percent of your enrollment as we mail each version. We mailed agencies a supply of the stand-alone version of The Empire Plan At A Glance last November through December.
