SUBJECT: 2026 SEHP Benefit Card Distribution

In compliance with federal law, new benefit cards reflecting updated out-of-pocket costs for the 2026 plan year will be mailed to all SEHP enrollees and dependents on November 6. These cards have an expiration date of August 31, 2026 and replace cards distributed in July 2025.
The new cards do not need to be activated prior to use. Enrollees may begin using them immediately and should securely destroy all other cards.
The card file was pulled from NYBEAS on October 28, 2025. Any enrollee added to NYBEAS after that date will receive a card in the weekly card mailing for new SEHP enrollees.
