The Employee Benefits Division (EBD) announces the conclusion of the 2026 Option Transfer Period Webinar. Approximately 370 New York State Health Benefit Administrators (HBAs) joined the live event. A video recording, PowerPoint slides and a question-and-answer document are now available.
As a reminder, it is mandatory for all HBAs to either view the live webinar or watch the recording. A link to the video recording is included toward the bottom of the memo.
In addition to the video, EBD has published a summary of the questions asked of our presenters through the chat during the webinar and their corresponding answers. The PowerPoint slides and Q & A document are included as attachments to this memo.
