We are pleased to announce the new publication Reporting On Center of Excellence for Transplants. The Reporting On publications describe some of the unique programs and benefits available under The Empire Plan. They are informational handouts for new employees or enrollees who may be considering changing plans during Option Transfer.
Reporting On Center of Excellence for Transplants (AL2102, December 2025) explains the range of services provided by the Empire Plan Center of Excellence for Transplants Program.
