The Employee Benefits Division (EBD) announces the conclusion of its 2025 Annual Participating Employer (PE) Webinar. Approximately 125 PE Health Benefit Administrators (HBAs) joined the live event. A video recording, PowerPoint slides, and a question-and-answer document are now available.
As a reminder, it is mandatory for all HBAs to either view the live webinar or watch the recording. A link to the video recording is included toward the bottom of the memo.
In addition to the video, EBD has published a summary of the questions asked of our presenters through the chat during the webinar and their corresponding answers. We encourage you to refer to this document as it captures many of the questions frequently asked by agency HBAs.
