Approximately 46,000 New York State employees on the Institution Payroll overpaid their New York State Health Insurance Program (NYSHIP) premium in their paycheck dated February 5, 2026. Impacted enrollees will have an adjustment of the overpayment in their following paycheck on February 19, 2026.
Enrollees will receive a notification (attached) in the mail shortly after February 12. Enrollees do not need to take any action.
