The new ARS Flyer and ARS Poster are now available to download and order.

The ARS Flyer guides employees on how to report a work-related injury or illness to the ARS.

The ARS Poster provides contact information for reporting a work-related injury or illness to the ARS. It is intended to be placed in common areas.
ARS and other resources regarding work-related injury and illness reporting are available on the HBA Online home page under “Workers’ Compensation.”
The ARS standardizes and expedites accident reporting for NYS employers and employees. The system monitors accident experience and provides data that can help employers mitigate future accidents by identifying problem areas.
