We will not be mailing these publications to enrollee homes. We will send you a supply of five copies of the appropriate version for use at health fairs and meetings and to send to any enrollees who request a copy.

Go to the Department of Civil Service web site at https://www.cs.ny.gov and choose Benefit Programs, then NYSHIP Online and select your group, if prompted. Publications are available under Using Your Benefits.
