We are pleased to announce that an updated version of Reporting On HCAP is at the printer and will be shipped to agencies soon. This publication explains The Empire Plan Home Care Advocacy Program and is for enrollees who need home care services, durable medical equipment and certain supplies. Please recycle any copies you have of the January 2013 version (AL1195).

Distribution
We will send a supply of five copies of Reporting On HCAP to each agency. We are not mailing this publication to enrollees at this time.
