We have begun to mail the February 2015 versions of On the Road with The Empire Plan for New York State Employees and Retirees and On the Road with The Empire Plan for Enrollees and Retirees of NYSHIP Participating Agencies and Participating Employers. These publications include contact and claims information for Empire Plan programs and administrators that enrollees can use while they are traveling or when their dependents are away from home. The February 2015 versions replace the February 2014 versions. Please recycle any old copies.

Distribution
We will not be mailing these publications to enrollee homes. We will send you a supply of five copies of the appropriate version for use at health fairs and meetings and to provide to any enrollees who request a copy.
