We are pleased to announce that an updated and rebranded District Council 37 Income Protection Plan (DC-37 IPP) booklet for Rent Regulation Services Unit employees of the State of New York represented by DC-37 is at the printer and will be available shortly. DC-37 IPP explains the benefit and includes contact and claims information. The March 2017 version replaces the February 1994 version. Please recycle any old copies you may have on your shelves.

For reference, we will send two copies of DC-37 IPP to those agencies with DC-37 enrollment. The booklet can be sent to an enrollee by placing an order on HBA Online.

Please check our website for new publications. We generally post publications when we sign off for printing. Go to the Department of Civil Service website at and select Employees, then choose State Government Employees. Under Health Insurance and Other Employee Benefits, click on Income Protection Plan (IPP).
