The September 2017 Empire Plan Reports and Excelsior Plan Report will soon be posted online and mailed to enrollee homes and agencies. These Reports explain Plan changes and have important reminders for enrollees, including information on substance use treatment coverage, pre-implantation genetic testing, mammogram coverage and Empire Plan Participating Provider Directory changes.
Distribution
These publications will begin to mail to enrollees’ homes in late September. The mail file for these mailings was pulled from NYBEAS on September 16, 2017. We will send you two copies of each publication that pertains to your agency’s enrollment.
