Empire Plan benefits include inpatient and outpatient hospital coverage, medical/surgical coverage, Centers of Excellence for transplants, infertility and cancer, home care services, equipment and supplies, mental health and substance abuse coverage and prescription drug coverage.

We are happy to announce that the revised January 2013 versions of On the Road with The Empire Plan for NY Actives and Retirees and On the Road with The Empire Plan for PA and PE Actives and Retirees are at the printer and will be available in fulfillment soon.
These publications include contact and claims information for The Empire Plan programs and carriers that enrollees can use while they are traveling or when their dependents are away from home. The January 2013 versions replace the July 2011 versions; please recycle any old copies on your shelves.
Distribution
We will not be mailing these publications to enrollee homes. We will send you a supply of five copies of the appropriate version in late December - early January for use at health fairs and meetings and for any enrollees who request it.
