Effective January 1, 2014, the Empire Plan Mental Health and Substance Abuse (MHSA) Program will be administered by ValueOptions, Inc. A revised January 2014 At A Glance will be distributed to agencies and be placed in inventory for future ordering.
The online versions have been updated already. The revised At A Glance can be viewed (under current publications) or ordered online at HBA Online.
