We have mailed the revised version of Reporting On HCAP to your agencies. The April 2001 Reporting On HCAP updates the summer 1999 version. Recently announced benefit changes are included in this four-page publication.

Distribution of Reporting On HCAP
You received a supply equal to 5 percent of your Empire Plan enrollment for distribution to interested enrollees. The publication may also be used for health fairs. We are not mailing this publication directly to enrollees. You may order additional copies as you need them.
