Distribution

The Reporting On Prescription Drugs, 2001 At A Glance and Empire Plan phone card will mail to enrollee homes this month. We will ship you a supply of the combined mailing equal to 5 percent of your enrollment. Please give one to new active employees and retirees.

We will also send you a 5 percent supply of the stand-alone Reporting On Prescription Drugs and phone cards. You may find these pieces useful at conferences and health fairs. Please wait until you receive your supply of a specific group before you place an order for that version.

Reporting On Prescription Drugs, group-specific At A Glances for 2001 and a phone number listing for all carriers are available on line at NYS OnLine. These publications and phone numbers are also available on PA-MARKET.

If you are unsure how to order publications or have questions about this distribution, please call the Communications Unit at (518) 457-7577. Our FAX number is (518) 457-2494.
