We will soon be sending you the October 2002 The Empire Plan and Medicare+Choice HMOs for Participating Agency Retirees. This publication provides information about coordinating benefits between Medicare, the Empire Plan and Medicare+Choice HMOs.
Distribution
We will send you a supply of the booklet equal to 3 percent of your enrollment for interested enrollees and new retirees. We will also be mailing the booklet to retiree homes. The Publications Supply Request Form that was sent with this memo is updated to allow you to order more copies. Please wait until you receive your copies of the publication before you place an order.
