Location
The Incident Location selected does not display the correct location and address for where the injury occurred. Where can the location and address be updated?
Navigate: Workforce Monitoring > Health and Safety > Call Center, enter the Incident Number and select the Location page, remove the check mark from the box labeled Occurred on Employer Premises and click Edit Address.
Note: If the Location address you are editing is an Employer Premises but is not listed in the Look Up Location Code selection, please refer to the Agency Location Changes section of the manual to add the location.
