Worklist
I accidentally clicked on the Mark Worked button and removed an incident from my Call Center Intake worklist. How do I get it back?
You may not retrieve a worklist item once it is marked worked, but doing so does not permanently remove an incident from the ARS database.
To access an incident removed from the Call Center Intake worklist, navigate to:
Workforce Monitoring > Health and Safety > Injury/Illness
Enter the EmplID and click Search to review the incident and submit the First Report of Injury (FROI, formerly C-2) if required.
When I sign-into NYBEAS/ARS and review my worklist, I do not have the same worklist or incident numbers as my co-worker. Why is this so?
Worklists are generated on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis depending on the business transaction processed.
If you recently received access to NYBEAS/ARS, you would not have a worklist transaction for an incident that occurred prior to the date your access was granted.
